Prices and Availability
All prices shown are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
All products here have limited availability. We have only one of most of them. When they are gone, they are gone. For this reason, all sales are final.
Warranty
All products described as New (NOS, NOSD, FS) are warranted for one year, parts and labour. All other products have a 90-day parts and labour warranty.
We guarantee that all products will function as represented in the descriptions.
We make every effort to present and describe each product factually. Note that many of the photos are stock and not meant to represent the actual item, and are so indicated. We are not liable for errors or omissions.
If for some reason your purchase does not function properly, or needs repair, please request a Return Authorization from us.
Returns
Returns must be pre-authorized by Emerald Audio. Item must be packed properly for transport, preferably in the original packaging. Please include a copy of the original receipt, the Return Authorization, and a written description of the problem. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you.
Refunds
All sales are final. If an item malfunctions and cannot be repaired, we will initiate a credit for the full amount you paid for the item. You will receive the credit immediately and may use it immediately.
Shipping
All items purchased from Emerald Audio are bound by a shipment contract. This means that the title and risk of loss for the items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We are not responsible for damage in items shipped to us. Shipping costs are non refundable.
