The FMJ A22 is built for sound quality first and foremost. Its massive power supply can deliver effortless performance. Power is rated at 100 watts per channel into 8 Ohms but the amplifier can deliver an astonishing peak current of more than 20 Amps. Signal paths have been kept ultra short and audiophile quality components have been used throughout the design to ensure the most transparent performance.
The FMJ A22 integrated amplifier is built around the unique architecture Arcam developed for the award winning Alpha 10 amplifier, a combination of high performance and upgrade potential from a common platform. The A22 gives you the option of adding a DAVE (Digital Audio Video Entertainment) home cinema module to turn the A22 into the heart of a state-of-the-art AV system. Alternatively you can fit a MARC (Multi Area Remote Control) multi-room module and use the A22 as a control centre for a 5 zone music distribution system.
